It is said that there is no “I” in “team” and in the business world we all realise the importance of teamwork for our organisation to prosper. The reality is that you are an “I” and so is everyone in your team – we are all individuals having to work together as a team, no matter what your role is in the team.
For our team to perform at an exceptional level we need to acknowledge the differences in our team and find ways to best use each individual in order to work together and share the same purpose.
This highly interactive and practical course will encourage each delegate to reflect on their role and contribution, not only as part of a team, but also as part of the organisation. Self-assessments, group activities and role-plays will allow the team to recognise each individual’s role in the team and develop a strategy to ultimately work together to share and reach the same goal.
This course includes areas such as team behaviours, team development, personality types, building relationships and sharing responsibility.
