Learner Management System (LMS)

FRTC has migrated to an eLearning System. The Felix Risk Training Consultants eLearning System is an online web-based platform that learners can use to access course material, upload completed assignments, interact with one another, and see their results. The focus of the system is to improve communication and data transmission between learners and Felix Risk Training Consultants.

The System is being developed to digitise the paper-based processes of FRTC. This is a centralised system whereby learner records can be easily stored and accessed.

The development of an eLearning system aims to improve the accessibility of Learner information, while simultaneously providing Learners with a convenient way to access their course material and submit assignments.

Academic Staff

Contact classes are delivered by academic staff, who have extensive experience in the delivery of banking, finance and insurance sector education. With a good combination of academic staff, with both industry experience and research expertise, the FRTC student has access to expertise and practical business experience bundled to offer a dynamic and enriched learning experience.

One-On-One Support

In order to support the learner in studying effectively, the learner has access to the facilitator to address areas of concern. One-on-one support includes access to individual consultations, telephonic support and email responses. With the implementation of the LMS, the learner can look forward to pre-recorded lectures.

Facilitation/Enrichment Sessions

Felix Risk Training Consultants CC conducts contact facilitation for all modules in all regions. A similar process is adopted for the supported enrichment sessions.
